Two years and the matter has not been touched upon in Barcelona! Because there are no police here, only groups, one fighting the other and the bargaining chip is this Spanish garbage with cheap street whores at the forefront. Now they are dependent on the Arabs! What's the moral of this? Barcelona is not a safe city for tourists, but for criminals! Here, criminals will have a paradise for their illegal interests. The Catalans themselves have shown that they don't care about foreigners as people, but about their money because they won't support themselves and as an independent country they won't do anything because anyone can buy them. Ransomware - a form of malware used to implement a specific type of cyberattack involving the immobilization of individual computers or the entire computer network by the cybercriminal to pay a ransom. Currently, the most dynamically growing form of cybercrime.

One example is: Denial of Service, or DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service), which consists in generating a massive number of connections to a given web address or application in a given way that they are inaccessible to users. They do not directly result in the leakage of information, but are severe for the attackers, limiting their ability to conduct business on the Internet, and also affecting their image. This method can also include the phenomenon of insider threat, i.e. attacks carried out on the initiative of employees or with their participation. The best candidate for a hacker is a dissatisfied employee who, in retaliation, makes public or destroys data contained in the institution's information systems.

To project yourself from cyber attacks, you need to remember a few important points:

1. Our opponent is a professional cybercriminal.

2. The basic motivation of the hacker is financial benefits.

3. The target of the first attack is people, not technology.

4. The main and most effective method is phishing (a cyber attack method consisting in sending a message via e-mail containing an attachment or link to malware, misleading the recipient's content and encouraging him to open the attachment).

6. The most vulnerable resource to leakage and formation is e-mail.

7. The role of cyberblackmail is growing and it affects not only individuals, but also companies.

We live in a time that without the Internet as without a hand. More and more things are done online, and thus cybercrime is growing. To avoid this, you must remember about the security rules, i.e.: we do not provide our passwords to the system including wifi, to bank accounts, copies of our documents, information about us to unknown or barely known people, i.e. we do not trust anyone!

They shout, slam doors, and at night there is constant screaming and conversations with their other whores - rapists or child kidnappers. You can speak, but they don't understand Spanish, only brothel language. There has been noise in this apartment for a year now and no one can do anything because this is a corrupt city. you don't have to look far because the administration of the Bonfinc house on Siguenza Street cooperates with a group of criminals and with those from above, giving them all the financial and personal information of its residents so that they can blackmail or rob them. As well as helping the El Carmel group take over other people's homes! At the beginning, I informed about the noise because it bothers me in my house, which I pay for and which she bought with her own Polish money, and this is how foreigners are treated in Barcelona! Pay and keep quiet! Everything in this apartment is illegal and no one has bothered to check it yet. There are some emergency doors that serve no purpose except human garbage (Spanish murderers) because you can't say anything else about them because they look like they came back from the Stone Age! It is unimaginable that this is a city popular with tourists and such things happen here. Here, if you want to get something done, you have to pay or bribe someone, along with the police and other institutions. This is a matter for reporters and the media!

This is probably the only country in Europe where there is no intelligentsia, but it produces human garbage in the form of murderers and whores! And then he releases it to Barcelona, ​​where there is no institution functioning properly. And to go to the police you have to pay. The best source of information are Ukrainian women. Over a year ago they reported to the police that they were being persecuted, robbed and thrown out of their apartments because they were just refugees, i.e. nobody. It cannot be like this that a European country has no education and, worst of all, no intelligence. Here, people go to college to learn to read books because it is a great philosophy to read any book, and they don't teach them to use their brains to stop the production of such human garbage, such as street whores and street bums! Earlier, I wrote about the dangers that criminals await us in the Internet. Today I want to discuss this topic again but in more detail. Where we need to be more careful not to be robbed of our money and, above all, our identity.

Phishing attacks are among the most common and most recognizable. The entire idea of ​​such an attack, apart from the form used, is based on the goal of obtaining security credentials such as passwords and logins of the attacked user, downloading malware by the victim, or blackmail. As a result of its operation, the attacker gains access to bank accounts, social media or other data that is important from the attacker's point of view and may bring benefits. Most often, adversaries create the appearance of real institutions or people whose victims are the beneficiaries. These may be, for example, specially crafted e-mails from a bank with the pretext that someone is trying to log in to a bank account that has been blocked. Attackers create a message in such a way that the victim believes in its authenticity without a moment's doubt and logs in to the website that was included in the link in the email in order to unblock access. In such a case, the person who does this sends his login and password to the attacker using a fake website provided in the message. The important fact is that attackers are often very good at modifying their messages, to the point that a person with little technical knowledge or inquisitiveness can be deceived. There is a minimal difference between the two websites, it is the link leading to them, which has been suitably modified to look identical to the authentic website. This ssmo comes with email. When we receive such an email, the name of the bank or other institution appears, but the email is completely different. That's why you need to look at such small details, which are actually very important and can protect us from fraud. Phishing campaigns are very common, involving mass sending of messages to a specific group of Internet users. This happens due to data leaks of large companies where users are registered. In this case, attackers focus their attention on the number, but not the effectiveness of the attack attempt. However, attacks targeting specific people are equally common. This technique is called spearphishing and involves conducting a very in-depth reconnaissance using white intelligence tools. Next, the adversary will want to pretend to be a person who is somehow related to the victim. In this case, the attackers often impersonated their victims' superiors, using as a pretext a request to transfer money using the BLIK method or for access to resources located in the company's IT infrastructure. This method is very effective, especially in corporations and large companies, where a good relationship with the superior is a factor, in favor of which an objective and constructive approach is put aside.

There are two basic types of financial identity theft. The first is that the perpetrator uses the victim's existing bank accounts and credit cards. Most often, the perpetrator gains access to them by stealing documents or ATM cards from the victim. If the victim reports theft or loss of documents, the process of using their accounts does not take long, because most often the bank or financial institution blocks the use of the account or card. Victims suffer financial losses, but they are small compared to the second type of financial identity theft, in which the perpetrator sets up a new bank account in the name of the victim whose identity was stolen. Then the process of using their data takes much longer - several months or even years, the perpetrators often build the victim's credit history by making payments from a fictitious account, taking out loans, and this takes time. The victim often does not realize that a fictitious bank account has been opened in his name until he encounters consequences directly affecting him, such as requests to repay loans or refusal to grant a loan. The consequences in this case are more severe for the victims, not only because of the financial losses they suffer, but also because of the time needed to sort out their credit history.

Financial identity theft is not the most severe type of identity theft, because it is also in the interests of banks to regain financial resources and citizens' trust. Victims of other types of identity theft may experience financial consequences and are most often the first to become aware that their personal data has been used.

Medical identity theft is much more painful for victims. It involves the perpetrator using personal data and documents confirming the victim's health insurance without the victim's knowledge or consent to obtain medical services. Victims' medical records are sometimes falsified in order to obtain funds for medical treatments. The perpetrators of medical identity theft are doctors, nurses, other health care workers, as well as criminals and, increasingly, criminal organizations. Perpetrators use different operating models, but what is common to medical identity theft is that the victims' personal data is used without their knowledge to obtain medical services.

The phenomenon of medical identity theft is poorly researched. There is also little knowledge about it among the public. According to a 2006 report by the Federal Trade Commission, medical identity theft cases accounted for at least 250,000 of all reported identity theft cases in the United States between 2001 and 2006.

Medical identity theft is difficult to detect because victims are often unaware that their identity has been used to obtain medical services. This has serious consequences. Like victims of other types of identity theft, victims may experience financial consequences, such as having to pay for medical services they never used or being unable to obtain credit.

However, the consequences of changes in medical records are more dangerous for the victims themselves. Incorrect information may be entered by the perpetrators of identity theft themselves or may be secondary effects of identity theft. Changes to victims' medical records can remain undiscovered for many years. Therefore, victims may receive inappropriate treatment based on falsified documentation, which may lead to deterioration of their health or even death. Other consequences for victims include, for example, the inability to take up employment due to health conditions that were entered into their records but which they do not actually suffer from, or difficulties in obtaining health insurance. Victims of medical identity theft do not receive the same support as those affected by financial identity theft from institutions or organizations that help crime victims. The crime of medical identity theft is difficult to detect, and the number of cases of medical identity theft is significant.

Vishing is one of the types of social engineering attacks that describes the activities of adversaries who use a tool in the form of telephone calls to carry out attacks. Attackers impersonate a person who seemingly guarantees trust and authenticity (usually posing as a bank employee, and recently posing as a policeman). The purpose of such activities is to obtain necessary information that can be used to get rich quickly and easily, e.g. by obtaining bank account or bank card details. There are various methods, but each behavior characterized by vishing activities has the same effect in the form of manipulation and fraud. The success of this type of attack is dictated by the ability to relatively easily translate the theoretical assumptions of the attack into practical action. Nowadays, existing IT capabilities, offering a number of solutions used in this type of attacks, have contributed to the automation of telephone calls by attackers through the use of botnets. Another, equally good example is the use of substituted and publicly available voices (such as Ivona) when trying to connect. Such actions are intended to increase the level of anonymity of adversaries.

Some time ago, the "grandson attack" method became popular among groups using vishing attacks. It involved selecting elderly people and then impersonating the grandson or granddaughter of the attacked person and extorting money using a critical financial situation requiring quick action as a pretext. Transferring funds to designated accounts or transferring them through alleged friends was suggested as a form of receiving funds. Unfortunately, this technique has proven to be highly effective, exposing many unaware seniors to losses.

Smishing via SMS sends messages to attacked people characterizing a well-developed pretext that will apply to a larger number of victims. Some of the SMS messages even order or encourage you to install an application on your phone that will make it easier to manage regular and recurring payment activities. However, downloading such an application has quite a wide range of uses to the detriment of the victim. Some of the discussed applications may control received messages from the bank, redirect to fake websites or contain malware. However, the most common excuse for such incidents are reward-based situations. The attacker requires a certain action on the part of the user, which may be, for example, registration on a portal hidden in a link in the sent message. However, the offer may be a reward in the form of additional points on the account where the victim makes purchases. However, the vast majority of the attacks discussed are based on short and concise information about the need to transfer money. Each time such messages present an alleged sender whose victim is the beneficiary (bank, mobile operator, courier, etc.). Secondly, the message contains a short pretext ordering the performance of a specific action, as a result of which confidentiality, integrity or availability are violated. Hackers break people, not passwords!

Psychological methodology

One of the main sources of information is humans. Through efficient communication, attackers can extract a lot of data from unsuspecting victims. Attackers can impersonate, for example, a bank consultant, a network technician, an officer or a person selling something online. These techniques are effective because they build trust. Social engineers use similarities (usually fabricated) between themselves and the target, which makes the interlocutor feel more comfortable while eliminating the distance that separates them. A social engineer will never ask for sensitive information at the very beginning. This will only create fear and suspicion. It is common for the attacker to make up for what he lacks in information during a conversation. The more seemingly irrelevant questions the victim answers, the more confidence and knowledge the manipulator will gain. For example, instead of asking directly about the use of a VPN, a question such as: "Our system has registered a login attempt from a country outside the European Union. As a precaution, I would like to ask if you could confirm this information." The victim is not aware that such a question will not only provide information about whether a given person uses a VPN, but also may reveal whether he or she is currently in the same country as the person asking the question. People kind of expect these types of questions (for example, when someone claims to be a bank employee) and approach them with a lack of skepticism. The problem is that the chances of success increase in direct proportion to the knowledge about the victim.

People whose information is easily publicly available (e.g. they run their own business on the Internet) on websites, business portals or social media should be highly aware of what type of data this is. Information about children, business, home or other parts of life is often posted. Having this type of information at his disposal, a social engineer will have no problem building trust with another person using this data. Collecting information in this way is called white intelligence. The way to limit the effectiveness of such activities is to be aware of what information about ourselves is available online and to limit its amount as much as possible.

Romance scammers

The scheme of action is mainly effective. The scammer is most often available on social media or dating sites. She likes to present herself as an extraordinary person, e.g. the said "American soldier" or "doctor in the country covered by the offspring." The new "friend" also pays attention to the information shared by the victim on the Internet. Based on this knowledge, it has even greater opportunities to use its trading partner.

In scam news that has been built on your credibility by checking their photos (obviously stolen by them). Over time, the relationship with the victim moves to an increasingly closer level. For lonely people, such a romantic adventure can be extremely tempting, which may result in their complete loss of vigilance. The problem is that the lover does not really want to meet in real life. There can always be a good excuse, because of this you can't.

The culmination of such a relationship is the request for access to the Internet. Scam scenarios can be money. Often it is a request for help in connection with, for example, surgery on a loved one or the end of the material's validity. Victims in love make payments to the indicated account and thus receive a lot of money, and sometimes their life savings. When money for transfers starts to run out, the fraud disappears. How not to be deceived?

When using dating and social networking sites, remember the principle of limited trust. Attractive photos available on a new "friend's" profile may not belong to him at all. To check if they come from somewhere else on the Internet, you can use the website: https://tineye.com/. In turn, to check the accuracy of the lover's data, you can use a search engine, e.g. Google or Bing.

Require direct contact - if the interlocutor does not want to talk on the phone or via video call, it is a bad sign.

Beware of too quick declarations of love and serious declarations.

Why do others have problems? Because of bad education.

We live in the 21st century where education begins with the final exams and is continued, there is no other education - this is called illiteracy. One branch of criminology is victimology, which researches victims of crime. It is the study of the person of the victim from the criminological, biological, psychological and sociological point of view, the organization of an international institute of victimology and the convening of  international congresses on discussing this issue.

The forensic aspect of the study is also worth emphasizing victims of crime. The person of the victim in homicide cases belongs to the causal complex of the crime. The victim is an important element of the set of circumstances of the crime. Accurate knowledge of the victim's personality and relations with the alleged perpetrator often help in identifying the perpetrator of a criminal act. The results of the examination of victims of crime play a beneficial role in the application of the correct penal policy. They also play a great role in the field of forensic prevention.

Victimology is a branch of criminology - the science that deals with the victims of crime. Its name is etymologically derived from the Latin words victima - victim, logos - science. This term is used to describe the science that studies the behavior of the victim and their role, but also their future, in which they will have to deal with emotional problems related to the consequences of the crime. The basic subject of research is:

the role of the victim in the genesis of the threat,

victimogenic potential,

identifying

describing and counteracting threats,

victims' rights

social opportunities to reduce crime against victims.

From the practical point of view, the task of victimology is to: educate the public about responsibility for carelessness and provocation, identify ways to protect oneself and prevent becoming a victim, and build systemic help for victims of crime.

When did victimology originate?

The term "victimology" was coined in the criminology literature in the late 1940s. Its creators are considered to be the Romanian lawyer Benjamin Mendelsohn and Hans von Hentig, a German psychologist from Germany.

According to the modern assumptions of victimology, the victims of crime are not regarded as absolutely passive individuals during its course, nor as playing a completely accidental role in its formation mechanism. As a result, doubts have arisen as to what persons and why they most often become victims of crime.

In the concept of general victimology created by Benjamin Mendelshon, victimology is recognized as an independent, separate scientific discipline, dealing with all victims in society, regardless of the sources of their harm.

The concept of a new victimology was formulated by R. Elias. According to it, victimology should deal with victims of human rights violations and victims of crime.

The overwhelming majority of current criminologists recognize the concepts of criminal victimology, which is oriented towards the victim of crime, victimization and the criminal justice system. Victimization is about the process of becoming a victim of crime. We consider primary victimization to be damage caused by the perpetrator to the victim, which, depending on the type of crime, may involve loss or damage to property, physical harm such as death or bodily injury, or psychological harm.

Secondary victimization, on the other hand, occurs when the victim of a crime suffers repeated harm from people completely different from the offender. It can work under the influence of the external environment, family members, friends or acquaintances. An example of the phenomenon of secondary victimization may be, for example, the accusation of a rape victim that she provoked the perpetrator with her clothes, behavior, or finding herself outside the house at the wrong time.

Victimology considers Stockholm Syndrome to be the victim's inclination to identify with their tormentor and their willingness to act in their best interests. This tendency is often regarded as a subconsciously adopted survival strategy, in which submission to the will of the perpetrator is not a decision of the victim, but a direct result of the violence exerted on him. Such a victim, instead of avoiding contact with his persecutor in the later period, decides to establish a closer relationship with him, and even a relationship. Instead of trying to free herself from the tormentor, she fantasizes about him and wants to establish closer and closer relations with him.

The term originated from an incident that took place in Sweden in the 1970s when three criminals took hostages during a bank robbery. After capturing and arresting the perpetrators, the hostages retained their gratitude and sympathy for them by visiting them in prison, refusing to testify against them, and even being friendly with their families.

The task of victimology is, among other things, to expand knowledge among the society about the mechanisms of crime and to make individuals aware of how certain behaviors unknowingly contribute to the occurrence of a crime and provoke criminal behavior. The general tasks of victimology include:

diagnosing and interpreting the situation,

prevention of undesirable phenomena

preparing proposals for creating desirable situations.

The specific tasks of victimology include:

social education in the field of responsibility for carelessness and provocation,

protect yourself so you don't become a victim

assistance to victims.

An important task of victimology is also to anticipate the threat to particular demographic categories. This means identifying the risk resulting from, among others, from age, gender, appearance, economic status or lifestyle, i.e. features that may have the so-called victimization potential.

In summary, whether a person becomes a victim of crime or not depends on many different factors. These factors can be both independent of the individual, such as age, sex or diseases, and dependent, provided that the person is aware of them. Some people do not realize that through their behavior they can cause their own victimization by even overtly dealing with their own wealth or behavior deliberately risky. In addition, lonely, weak and defenseless people are ideal for perpetrators who want to get specific goals easily and quickly, so people who will not resist are the most suitable for them. In addition, large lifestyle is also important, people involved in obscure business, dealing with suspicious people or those who themselves break the law in order to quickly gain certain benefits can become a victim of crime. However, there are also situations in which the victim did not provoke his own victimization in any way but she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Such situations take place when the perpetrator acts spontaneously and there is no time or possibility to choose the most suitable victim for himself. However, in other situations, an individual can, through his or her characteristics or behavior significantly affect whether or not you become a victim of crime. 

Where do murderers come from in this world?

I think a lot of people are wondering about that. Because more and more people are younger and you can even say teenage kill just like that because they think that life is a game or because of jealousy. Earlier I wrote about hate murder and racists who are also potential murderers. And the truth is that most murderers are made by parents and their families, especially mothers, because they have a big influence on what kind of person their children will become, especially boys. Most criminal psychologists and the police look at the mothers and later the fathers of criminals, and especially murderers.

This blog wants to write a bit about murderers and can anyone become a murderer?

While murder is a terrible crime, it's not the most common. At the top of the list are crimes against property and crimes related to drugs. Despite this, many people are fascinated by murderers and the fact that one person kills another.

What then drives people to commit such crimes? Let's find out what the psychological profile of a murderer looks like.

The term killer comes from the Arabic word hashashin. They were the Nasrids, who belonged to a sect dedicated to killing certain people. Their targets were usually people with significant power, such as political leaders. They killed people because they believed they would get to heaven.

Members of this sect started their training at a very young age. The older members sought out orphans, beggars, and other uneducated people, befuddled them, and made them believe that this was their mission in life.

Their training began at this point. Some texts and studies claim to have used the term "hash consumers", but there is no evidence that this is true. In Spain, according to article 138 of the Spanish Penal Code, homicide means taking someone's life without any related circumstances. The so-called "passion killers" fall into this category. This is a case where it starts with an argument and ends with death. On the other hand, murder, according to article 139, must meet several specific standards. The mere fact that someone killed another person is only part of the sentence. The way he killed someone also plays an important role.

There are four circumstances in which a homicide turns into a homicide:

Premeditation. The perpetrator creates a situation in which he expresses his superiority over the victim, which makes the victim unable to defend himself (for example, murder from behind).

Killing for a reward, fee, or promise. Killing someone in exchange for something else (e.g. hitmen).

Extreme cruelty. Causing more pain than necessary to take someone's life. For example stabbing strategically to make the victim suffer more and die more slowly.

Killing to avoid getting caught. For example, sexually assaulting a victim and then killing them to cover up their actions.

Do you have to be a psychopath to commit murder?

Just how horrifying it is to take another person's life (especially in certain circumstances) makes people believe that all murderers have mental problems.

Patients with mental disorders that are often referred to as psychopaths. However, in reality, psychopaths commit a small percentage of murders. You are more likely to find a psychopath holding a major political role or a leading position in a large company.

However, when a psychopath kills someone, he does so with such cruelty that your perception of what happened is skewed.

Murderers are not always psychopaths. The percentage of murders committed by psychopaths is quite small.

Although society needs to find an excuse for such actions, many people commit crimes for no reason whatsoever. Sometimes there is no medical explanation for their actions. There are both good and bad people in the world.

Melilla's poisoner is a woman who killed her husband and daughter because they thwarted her plans. Neither psychologists nor psychiatrists were able to detect any disorders in her. Then why did she do it? The only answer is that she was just a very bad person.

In general, murderers are more likely to be men than women. But that doesn't mean women don't kill. This kind of criminal behavior is very human.

The role that women play in society has made the methods they use to commit murder significantly different from those used by men. Since women are often delegated to the kitchen, they use poison to kill.

On the other hand, men resort to more aggressive and violent methods. In terms of motivation, women tend to commit murder to get something in return (not necessarily material). Men, on the other hand, are motivated by sex or control.

So you see, most murderers must have a plan. Plus, they seem to lack empathy. To get close to their victims, they resort to persuasion, seduction, etc.

However, it should be remembered that this is not a science that is characterized by a large dose of accuracy. Crime is changeable and only the people involved in it are able to determine exactly why they behaved in a certain way.

We can only create a rough psychological profile of the killer that will help us understand the reasons behind his actions. However, everyone is different, so there is an extremely high probability that someone will appear who does not fit the created form.

The word "psychopath" involuntarily associates us with certain icons of modern culture. Not all would agree with the clinical definition of psychopathy, but in general movies, television, and literature are filled with real or fictional characters that fascinate as well as terrify and repel. Why do psychopaths attract us so much?

What is going on in his head, why are we trying to explain or even justify his behavior? Psychopathy is a type of personality disorder. A psychopath is a person who is characterized by a desire to dominate others by resorting to threats. Moreover, she does not feel any remorse for her actions. He uses manipulation to achieve his own goals. And all this under a facade of absolute normality.

Is a psychopath crazy?

People often confuse psychopaths with psychotics (mentally ill people). The main difference is that the former does not experience any hallucinations or other forms of irrational thinking. He also never loses touch with reality. Actually, looking at the statistics, the number of these people is not very large, and they are often well integrated into society.

We have studied these numbers in the business world, in cases of domestic violence, and among high-profile politicians (Stalin, Milosevic, Mugabe, Saddam, etc.). Babiak, an industrial psychologist, conducted research in which he even defined their characteristic behavior. How does a psychopath feel? What is he thinking about?

The pioneer in the field of psychopathy, Harvey M. Cleckley, established sixteen criteria for identifying it. His list includes: lack of basic emotional responses, inability to love, lack of nervousness, endearing personality, lack of guilt or shame, lying, and casual sex life.

In fact, a psychopath can fall into one of two types: primary or secondary. The former is insensitive, has no scruples and manipulates the environment. He establishes apparent relationships with others, while demonstrating arrogance. If he resorts to violence, he usually uses it for his own ends. The latter has difficulty tolerating boredom, acts without thinking about the consequences, is impulsive and violent. Research into the empathic capacity that psychopaths can feel has shown that they are incapable of empathizing, whether with the happiness of others or with fear. They have difficulty sympathizing with others; they have no emotional response. Studies conducted by Dr. Yang Raine and his colleagues have shown that the brain structure of a psychopath is noticeably smaller.

We also know that the psychopath has a low level of empathy compared to the rest of the population. Major studies have shown that people with psychopathic disorders have a hard time absorbing new fears related to social norms. The psychopath has no fear of punishment and its consequences. It is also difficult for him to understand the meaning of punishment, which is the basis for the development of conscience. So, given the characteristics, the research, and the biology... the ultimate question is: does a psychopath know right from wrong? The answer is yes. He is fully aware of the line between good and evil, and that if he crosses it, he knows what he is doing. Scientifically speaking, there are bad people, but this thing is still being researched. Fortunately, most of us are far from that dark side.

This blog is devoted to most of the psychopaths, what distinguishes them from other murderers and what to pay attention to when you meet new people because there may be a murderer among them. In Barcelona, ​​all these murders were committed by Spanish psychopaths from a very low social class because they are children of street whores and they also associate with such women. For them, women of loose morals are normal women, while women who are alone and financially independent, educated and respected by the community are "whores" and such women and their children were killed and brutally raped, where the rape itself was recorded on video or photographed. And finally their bodies were melted in a tub with sodium chloride or other chemicals to get rid of the flesh, only the bones were left but they are easy to get rid of. They forgot one important thing because first, the fatal blow to the back of the head with a kitchen tool or a hammer left a trace and the victim's blood on the bathroom floor and her personal effects (including blood from the genitals) at the crime scene. As you can see, there are no murderers or a perfect murder because sooner or later everything comes to light and the murderers are caught and exposed and their deeds as well. 

Racial discrimination (Racism)

It is worth bringing this concept closer, because it is one of the tasks of the Police to combat this negative social phenomenon.

Racism is a type of prejudice based on race and is characterized by the presence of attitudes, beliefs about the inferior nature of people belonging to a different race. This meaning is close to the concept of ethnocentrism - a social or political doctrine that seeks to argue that the race of an individual is at the root of differences in social, economic, educational and legal treatment. It is also recognized as "a set of views according to which there are natural and innate differences between the human races, which must lead to the domination of one over the others."

Racism has been condemned by many international organizations. In 1975, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution to step up UN activities against all forms of racism and racial discrimination; condemnation of racism is included in the Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948 by the UN General Assembly.

The European Union has been fighting racism for a year by enforcing the law and strengthening the actions of Member States, for example regarding fair treatment by the police - these are some elements of the action plan against racism being prepared by the European Commission. One of the solutions is to appoint a coordinator for counteracting racism. The EU is to appoint an anti-racism coordinator who will work with persons representing racial or ethnic minorities, as well as with Member States, the European Parliament and civil society.

The Commission has also announced that it will look at how the issue of non-discrimination on racial grounds looks like in the EU institutions when it comes to employment.

As part of the prepared action plan, the EC also intends to encourage Member States to increase their efforts to prevent discriminatory attitudes of law enforcement authorities, with the support of EU agencies such as the Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) and the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL), and especially the police.

The fight against racism should be based on awareness and peaceful dialogue. People who feel reluctance, disgust or hatred towards people of a different nationality, skin color or different cultural and social characteristics, probably do not realize that they are wrong, and multinationality and multiculturalism is a manifestation of the diversity of the entire human race. The argument in the discussion may be facts from the field of anthropology. Migrations of humanity for centuries (continuing to this day) have been conducive to expanding human consciousness and opening up to otherness - without the negative connotation of this word. Every culture, country and race has its own interesting history, no worse than others, and the key to understanding is to expand the information on the history of man and his international expeditions. According to the saying "don't fight fire with fire", one should not "fight", but just talk and "arm" oneself with rational, scientific arguments.

In a previous blog, I wrote a hate murder that is mostly committed by a racist. Many people underestimate this problem, believing that they are not harmful people, and this is not the case. Downplaying a racist and not preventing detection earlier may result in the death of an innocent person who turned out to be culturally or racially different. The main cause of racism is lack of knowledge. Therefore, from an early age, children should be taught that we are all equal, regardless of race or nationality, etc. Racists are mostly uneducated people with low social status, but there are exceptions to this rule. A racist should be recognized and stopped immediately to prevent further misfortune. As happened in Barcelona, ​​where defenseless Ukrainian war refugees were attacked. Spanish racists couldn't stand that they had housing and money to support themselves and they didn't. So they decided to take over their apartments and either kill them or brutally rape them out of hatred and finally kill them. So many of these women have finished. I also live with racist murderers with whom I have been fighting through several state institutions since May, as you can see without success because in Spain racism is not taken seriously and they also do not know who racists are and how to recognize them and how racism arises.

Hate Crime

Before I get to the topic of hate murder, I wanted to mention one very thing: Education. Not only the school educates or parents (family), but above all the community. It depends on what kind of society we have. The best example is Spain, because there is no education here. If the socially marginalized and the homeless enter your house without permission and kick you out because you have a better status than them (this is about racism), because you are a foreigner. And people remain silent and allow it, thus participating in the crime. Here I mean Ukrainian women, because they were brutally treated by the Spanish people in Barcelona. Not only that, the simple things were thrown out of the flats that were paid for with European Union funds, brutally raped, some of them murdered because they were not suitable for selling organs or to brothels in front of people, because it was happening in the city itself in blocks of flats. This is the result of the lack of education and intelligence in this country. Where there is no institution to which you can apply. I know this from my own experience, because I myself denounced my racist neighbors, which later turned out to be homeless racists - murderers who were involved in the murder of Ukrainian women and their children. I wrote a report to the Office of Non-Discrimination at the Municipality of Barcelona OND, and what did they offer me? Psychological help and mediation with racists, where they should first personally investigate the matter and check people and notify the police. And I was supposed to do the interview because no one there wanted to move their rear parts to check this case. I also reported that something was wrong with the Ukrainians and they ignored it. Also, the lack of knowledge of the regulations, and thus the lack of any experience on this subject, and such people perform functions that have no idea about discrimination or racism and what the consequences may be. I will write more about this later in the blog. 

Demographic and political processes taking place in Europe, such as a much higher birth rate of immigrants than indigenous people and favoring minorities for fear of being accused of intolerance and discrimination, cause Europeans to fear the collapse of Western culture based on Christian roots. Hate crimes seem to be a manifestation of resistance to top-down imposed tolerances. In the new Europe of Homelands, national or state education is replaced by pro-European education, which some perceive as anti-national. This type of internationalist upbringing, supported by constant ideological persuasion towards a change of identity, gives rise to resistance and negation. Tolerance "decreed" by EU directives and regulations and imposed integration cannot give positive results. The situation like this is therefore a factor in the escalation of violence and cultural aggression, including hate crimes. Pedagogy of national culture is designed to prevent the loss of national identity and awareness. National and ethnic education should not stand in opposition to pro-European education. It should be based on axiological, not ideological foundations. Cultural convergence should take place in a natural way, not forcibly and ostensibly. The diversity of national cultures should be protected against globalization, because the cultures of individual nations are complementary to each other and mutually enrich each other. The pedagogy of national culture, taking into account the cultures of national and ethnic minorities, seems to be one of the elements that can build a social policy system in the field of counteracting hate crimes.

Definition of a Hate Crime

The UCR Program defines hate crime as a committed criminal offense which is motivated, in whole or in part, by the offender's bias(es) against a:

• race
• religion
• disability
• sexual orientation
• ethnicity
• gender
• gender identity

For UCR Program purposes, even if the offenders are mistaken in their perception the victim was a member of a certain group, the offense is still a bias crime because the offender was motivated by bias.

The most common hate crimes reported to the data collection are destruction/damage/vandalism, intimidation, and simple assault.

Information Collected

The types of hate crimes reported to the UCR Program's Hate Crime Statistics Collection are broken down by specific categories. The aggregate hate crime data collected for each incident includes:

• Bias Motivation: Incidents may include one or more offense types. Up to five bias motivation types can be reported per offense. The FBI collects information about single-bias incidents (crimes motivated by one type of bias) and multiple-bias incidents (offenses motivated by two or more biases.)
  
• Victims: The types of victims collected for hate crime incidents include individuals (adults and juveniles), businesses, institutions, and society. Law enforcement can also indicate the number of individual victims, as well as the number of adult victims, and the number of victims under the age of 18.
  
• Offenders: The collection includes the number of offenders (adults and juveniles), and when possible, the race and ethnicity of the offender or offenders. In the data collection, the term "known offender" does not imply the suspect's identity is known, but rather some aspect of the offender is known, such as the offender's age or gender.
  
• Location Type: One of 46 location types can be designated as the location, such as house of worship, sidewalk, home, school, or unknown.
  
• Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction includes data about hate crimes by judicial district (federal), state, and agrncy.
• Psychological effects

Hate crimes can have significant and wide-ranging psychological consequences, not only for their direct victims but for others as well. A 1999 U.S. study of lesbian and gay victims of violent hate crimes documented that they experienced higher levels of psychological distress, including symptoms of depression and anxiety, than lesbian and gay victims of comparable crimes which were not motivated by antigay bias.A manual issued by the Attorney-General of the Province of Ontario in Canada lists the following consequences:

Impact on the individual victim

psychological and affective disturbances; repercussions on the victim's identity and self-esteem; both reinforced by a specific hate crime's degree of violence, which is usually stronger than that of a common crime.

Effect on the targeted group

generalized terror in the group to which the victim belongs, inspiring feelings of vulnerability among its other members, who could be the next hate crime victims.

Effect on the community as a whole

Hate crime victims can also develop depression and psychological trauma.

A review of European and American research indicates that terrorist bombings cause Islamophobia and hate crimes to flare up but, in calmer times, they subside again, although to a relatively high level. Terrorists' most persuasive message is that of fear; a primary and strong emotion, fear increases risk estimates and has distortive effects on the perception of ordinary Muslims. Widespread Islamophobic prejudice seems to contribute to anti-Muslim hate crimes, but indirectly; terrorist attacks and intensified Islamophobic prejudice serve as a window of opportunity for extremist groups and networks.

Motivation

Sociologists Jack McDevitt and Jack Levin's 2002 study into the motives for hate crimes found four motives, and reported that "thrill-seeking" accounted for 66 percent of all hate crimes overall in the United States:

• Thrill-seeking - perpetrators engage in hate crimes for excitement and drama. Often, there is no greater purpose behind the crimes, with victims being vulnerable because they have an ethnic, religious, sexual or gender background that differs from their attackers. While the actual animosity present in such a crime can be quite low, thrill-seeking crimes were determined to often be dangerous, with 70 percent of thrill-seeking hate crimes studied involving physical attacks.
• Defensive - perpetrators engage in hate crimes out of a belief they are protecting their communities. Often, these are triggered by a certain background event. Perpetrators believe society supports their actions but is too afraid to act and thus they believe they have communal assent in their actions.
• Retaliatory - perpetrators engage in hate crimes out of a desire for revenge. This can be in response to perceived personal slights, other hate crimes or terrorism. The "avengers" target members of a group whom they believe committed the original crime, even if the victims had nothing to do with it. These kinds of hate crimes are a common occurrence after terrorist attacks.
• Mission offenders - perpetrators engage in hate crimes out of ideological reasons. They consider themselves to be crusaders, often for a religious or racial cause. They may write complex explanations for their views and target symbolically important sites, trying to maximize damage. They believe that there is no other way to accomplish their goals, which they consider to be justification for excessive violence against innocents. This kind of hate crime often overlaps with terrorism, and is considered by the FBI to be both the rarest and deadliest form of hate crime.

About half a billion people around the world fall victim to various types of internet crime each year. This number is growing as more and more areas of human activity move into cyberspace, and criminals follow.

Almost all types of crime can happen online, except some against life and health. There you can track traditional crimes, such as arms trafficking, human trafficking, violence, theft, forgery, pedophilia and all types of fraud, as well as the latest, typically internet crimes: hacking - unauthorized obtaining of information, sniffing - computer wiretapping, phishing and pharming - fraudulent acts to another person for the purpose of phishing data.

- Not every crime committed on the Internet is a cyber crime, but the Internet is the medium by which it is committed. Therefore, policemen dealing with fighting cybercrime must deal with a wide spectrum of crime: from trademarks and drugs to attacks on servers.

STEALING IN DIFFERENT WAYS

One of the most common crimes in cyberspace is the so-called phishing, i.e. data theft. There are more and more cases of hacking into company databases, in which there are numbers of personal documents, regular and IP addresses, telephone numbers, etc., because they are very sought after in the criminal market. Cybercriminals buy whole packages of random people's data and use them in various ways, for example, by impersonating banks, they send e-mails informing that the customer's account in a given bank has been blocked and can be unblocked by logging in using the link to the website. By accessing this link, the customer is redirected to a fake page, where he provides the requested login details, thus enabling the withdrawal of funds from his account.

Theft of bank accounts can also be done by skimming, the crime of unlawfully copying the contents of a bank card's magnetic stripe to create a duplicate of the original card. There is also ATM skimming, when criminals install specialized devices on ATMs and inside them to obtain both magnetic card stripe data and PIN codes.

On the other hand, the Nigerian fraud consists in a purchase transaction using a forged proof (scan) of a bank fee or in drawing the victim into a specific psychological game in order to extort money from him. It takes various forms: "to win the lottery", when a potential victim receives a text message or an e-mail offering to participate in a free lottery, where they are waiting to win, they only need to pay a small amount to cover operating costs and provide the account number to which they are to. affect the won sum; "A political refugee" who cannot personally take up a huge fortune and is ready to share it in return for help; "To an ownerless bank account", where big money is waiting, but first you have to invest in formalities, etc. Recently, there have been several cases of Nigerian fraud "on the American soldier". The fake soldier starts with making a acquaintance with a woman on some social network, then there is more and more love correspondence, a promise of marriage and a trip to America, and finally a request for money to settle property matters. Even women who do not know English at all and who translate letters through an online translator can get involved in these games. 

In such cases, the money is irrecoverable, in African or some Asian countries, fraud of this type is a business that entire families live on, says director Chapterowski. - Therefore, if it already happens that the fraudster has obtained account data and the owner will quickly find out what the matter is, only a quick contact with the Police and the bank will allow you to block the funds. On the other hand, if someone transfers the money himself, the case is generally no longer a chance.

IMPAIRED SUICIDES

People who are depressed, with suicidal tendencies or intentions often share their problems on the Internet. However, the police are not able to control millions of websites in all languages, so it is important to be vigilant of server administrators, as well as other people who will not leave such information unnoticed on the web. Administrators have set search characteristics on their websites, so they react quickly to entries such as "I'll kill myself", usually people with whom the suicide candidate corresponds also react.

The cyber emergency call number is known to network administrators. When they inform the Police about their suicide intentions, it goes to the person on duty at the Dw. with Cybercrime, the latter determines the whereabouts of a potential suicide and directs the information to the appropriate Police unit. Officers visit a potential suicide in the company of a psychologist. Often, such a person receives psychiatric treatment. Out of 56 people saved last year from suicide, as many as 50 were referred for such treatment.

CARE

In the event of a crime in the network, it should be reported to the nearest Police unit. The policemen, on the other hand, transfer these cases to cyber departments in their voivodeship headquarters.

In addition to knowing the most common forms of cybercrime, it is also worth knowing how to defend yourself against cyber attacks:

Create strong passwords - the passwords we use to log in should be easy for us to remember, but not easy for someone else to guess. We must remember that the password does not contain the first name, surname or their initials, date of birth. Ideally, such passwords should be around 12 characters long and contain upper and lower case letters.

Do not share your logins and passwords, ID number and ATM card.

Use anti-virus programs and a firewall.

Don't open random links or emails.

Update your operating system, web browser, anti-virus software frequently.

Use the public network only in emergencies, after checking who the network belongs to.

Because they surround us everywhere and they have no qualms about robbing us and they are not interested in whether they will deprive you of the last cent or not, because for them only the loot counts. I happened to be a witness, perhaps not a direct one, because I was surprised at how fast they steal, and this is a moment of no attention and you can be left without anything.

It took place on the train from the airport to the Center of Barcelona, ​​where the compartment was full of people and everyone was busy with himself, because who would have guessed that there would be a theft at that moment, and that's what happened. It was a classic thief, i.e. a backpack or a bag on the top shelf, close to the exit door. The easiest prey for a thief. People instead of focusing on their own things focus on crap and then lament and cry. Tourists are most vulnerable to theft, because everyone knows they have money and they should be the most vigilant. When you travel, turn on your thinking! You don't let your stuff out of your sight even for a moment! There are many criminal groups in Barcelona, ​​including thieves. And one works in meters and on trains pretending to be builders. As I know, you can also meet them in the El Carmel district where I live. You do not have to look far too far, because a couple of thieves live above me. I denounced the City Hall in Barcelona and the police, as you can see no one is eager to stop them. Some of them have different dots which means they have already been imprisoned. At the bottom there is an opus which stands for a particular tattoo and to pay attention to.
